Coping
Diabetes can be difficult to manage. The information can be overwhelming. Many people with diabetes can have depression. Some people have problems dealing with the stress of the illness. Learning how to cope with diabetes can improve diabetes control.
Ask for help. Gather support from family or friends. Seek out others with diabetes for support. Talk to your medical provider if you need help with depression or anxiety.
A positive attitude is key. You can do this!
