Having diabetes does not have to cause you stress. This website covers information about diabetes. It will help people with diabetes have a better understanding of this disease. Keep a positive attitude.  The more information you have, the better you can manage your diabetes.

Stress

Stress can come from many different areas. It can be stress from the diagnosis of diabetes. It can be stress of juggling diet, exercise, and testing.

It can be stress from lack of funds, lack of support at home, or lack of information to manage your diabetes or fear of complications. Learning about diabetes management is key to reducing stress.

Ask for help. Gather support from family or friends. Seek out others with diabetes for support. Talk to your medical provider if you need help with depression or anxiety.

A positive attitude is key. You can do this!
